Our designer jewelry is unique and each piece is different. Our jewelry is made of brass, copper and/or silver. Please note that the silver content is not guaranteed and can vary in each individual design. Some of the most commonly used stones in our jewelry are cubic zirconia, cultured pearls, lab-made rubies, emeralds, blue sapphires, amethyst, and garnet.

Orders

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unworn jewelry can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip or invoice. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care on 1800 102 3213 or at support@tarinika.com with your order number and your request. You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

We will send you timely updates about your order via email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

All orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days for in-stock products. Alongside any discounts and promotions Tarinika may hold, we offer seasonal clearance sales four times a year. To be notified as soon as our clearance sale starts and other promotions, please do subscribe to our newsletter.

All clearance sales are final – they are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Promotional offers such as coupons and discount codes cannot be combined with clearance items and other promotions.
